Hello my name is Demetrius Kern I was unlawfully arrested and injured by Cleveland Heights police September 22nd, 2022.
The ticket was written for section 525.07
general offense code.
Noting:
On 09/22/22 Kern did interfere with a traffic stop unrelated to him. When asked to identify himself, Kern refused multiple times. Once Kern was detained he identified himself.
I'm transparent the public record is available upon request via Cleveland Heights.
