This is a call to arms! Your assistance in the financing of SOCK AND BUSKIN is pivotal as we prepare to shoot... again… yes, we have shot it all once before without a budget… however, this time our story deserves a quality rendering. We will not rest until we get back on set together!

It is common knowledge that movies are expensive to produce and that's why we need your loving support. No donation is too small as the impact of your help will bring this dream to fruition. Our aim is to share this work with community and your support brings us all together to do what we love most.

JULIUS RITTER

WRITER/DIRECTOR

Julius Charles Ritter was always enamored by storytelling, particularly storytelling through cinema. At an early age he was obsessed with visiting his local video store and studying the films he rented. Once he moved to Los Angeles he began his career as an actor. In high school he began writing and directing his own films. After graduating he bypassed film school to focus on his writing and independently producing his own material. He has been an indie filmmaker since.

JOSHUA FRANCIS LEON

"MELVIN"

Josh was born and raised in Los Angeles.  As a child he was influenced by the likes of Pee Wee Herman, Chris Farley, Ozzy Osbourne and Michael Jackson. In his teenage and young adult years he started to find his true love for comedy and music, playing in bands and becoming fixated on stand up specials. Josh has been starring/costarring in many of Julius’ original films and periodically featured in music videos and commercials. He's been doing stand up comedy for the past seven years.

JOHN PATRICK AMEDORI

"PAUL"

At a very young age, Amedori discovered he had the natural ability to learn and play music. This creative outlet quickly ignited his love for all things creative. Throughout his growing career, he has had the privilege to work with and learn from some of the smartest and brightest people in Hollywood. Amedori portrayed the Character Gabe on Netflix's Dear White People, created by Justin Simien based on his 2014 Directorial debut and Sundance award-winning film of the same name. He continues to flex his musical talents by creating original songs for T.V. and Film. Most recently, Amedori has added writing and directing to his resume.

RAMSEY KRULL

"AVERAGE JOE"

Ramsey is a Los Angeles born actor, director, producer and restaurateur. He was an actor at the age of five and was the youngest to attend and graduate from Hollywood Film Institute. He knows that good work is good work so he is currently developing a brand that will please audiences regardless of name, talent, or genre. Ramsey is a short film award winner and avid about charity. He regularly gives to Global Green and visits the Red Eye Watts Empowerment Center.
