Julian leaves behind his wife, children, siblings, and parents, after being involved in a fatal car accident on the PCH on Thursday afternoon (Dec 4th) while on his way to work. Julian worked as a chef at Paradise Cove Café in Malibu for most of his life and always did his best to provide for his family. Whether he was cooking at home or at the restaurant, his food consistently brought families together and smiles to their faces.

With tragedy comes hardship, and we humbly ask friends and family, if they feel willing and able, to share or donate as the Jimenez Chavez family navigates the immense pain and heartache of laying Julian to rest.

Julian deja atrás a su esposa, hijos, hermanos y padres después de haber estado involucrado en un accidente automovilístico fatal en la PCH el jueves por la tarde (4 de diciembre) mientras se dirigía al trabajo. Julian trabajó como chef en Paradise Cove Café durante la mayor parte de su vida y siempre hizo todo lo posible por proveer para su familia. Ya fuera cocinando en casa o en el restaurante, su comida siempre unía a las familias y llenaba de sonrisas sus rostros.

Con la tragedia vienen las dificultades, y humildemente pedimos a amigos y familiares, si se sienten con la voluntad y la posibilidad, que compartan o donen mientras la familia Jiménez Chávez navega el inmenso dolor y sufrimiento de despedir a Julian.
