Robbie Palmer, or DJ Robbie - is best known for being a top DJ in the two Virginias for many years.  Robbie has been named the best DJ in Blacksburg for many years for his weekly Karaoke at TOTS(Top Of The Stairs).  Robbie is also known for being an Aaron Lewis fan-a big enough fan to get an Aaron Lewis tattoo!  With a desire to attain an awesome healthcare career and provide a better life for himself and his son, after months of pre study and preparation, Robbie recently started nursing school.  Tragically, Robbie's plans were put on hold due to an auto accident on Friday September 18th.  The life threatening injuries required life flight to Roanoke where Robbie remains.  His second major surgery involved fusing a large portion of his spine.  His future holds a long recovery including skilled nursing facilities, physical therapy, and even learning to walk again.  Robbie's son Darrian lives with him, and Robbie is the sole provider of his household- Robbie will be unable to work during this time.   Robbie will face financial difficulties as his recovery will last several months at minimum.  Along with medical bills and the costs of recovery, Robbie's monthly bills will continue even though he will be unable to work.  With the permission of Robbie's parents, Steve and Regina Palmer, this fundraising has been set up for anyone who would like to help Robbie along this difficult path.  All funds raised are given directly to Robbie.  If the only thing you can afford to give is continued prayers, we are very thankful!  However if God has blessed you and you want to bless someone else, maybe you are in a position to give $5,$25 or $2500, or maybe you just want to pay it forward, this is your chance.   Feel free to donate through this site using your debit or credit card, or if you prefer to mail a check or just want to send a card or care package, please make payable to Robert Palmer, 3429 Cheesy Creek Rd, Princeton WV 24739.  Robbie's family expresses their sincere thanks for your continued thoughts and prayers.  Please share and repost to help increase the visibility of this page.
