Lets rebuild the Gimli Glider cockpit

C-GAUN or fin #604 was a regular scheduled flight that ran out of fuel. The flight crew successfully glided the Boeing 767 to an emergency landing at Gimli, Manitoba.

After flying for 25 more years Air Canada retired the gimli glider in 2008 and was ultimately scrapped

My aim is to rebuild the cockpit section of N137DL and transform it using real parts removed from the Gimli glider and her sister ships. We want to educate people on this incredible story that is now a part of Canadian aviation history By supporting our campaign you will help inspire others through aviation and protect an important part of Canadian aviation history.
