Surgery for Tater Tot

Hello - my name is Zach, and I am asking for help to cover the cost of surgery that saved my dog Tater Tot's life. On Thursday, I was faced with moving forward with surgery to remove a herniated disc or to let Tater Tot go, and I wasn't ready to do that yet. She's an adorable 3-year old terrier mix who also happens to be my best friend and constant companion. She is back home recuperating. Her MRI and surgery were very expensive, and I need some help.
