Sexual assault victim facing homelessness

Hello, my names Lauren. I’m a 19 year old transgender girl and have really been struggling to keep even a roof over my head. Over the past couple years, I’ve been the target of multiple attacks and sexual crimes. Many times I was admitted to hospitals for the physical damage, as well as psychological.

im unable to find safety in my own home due to other circumstances, and my past roommates evicted me with only a 24 hour notice. For a week I lived out of my car, risking my life by sleeping in the homes of strangers just to have meals and a roof. I’ve been able to find a safe place to call home, but I’m still faced with roughly $4500 in medical debt (I’m ineligible for Florida victim’s compensation because I was too frightened of reporting to police and now it’s far past the deadline for eligibility). On top of the medical, my car is having mechanical issues that require repairs. Until then, upkeep of mechanical fluids has been adding up in costs. Insurance payments are also a factor. if I can’t drive my car, I’ll have no ability to get to my jobs or appointments.

any and all help is appreciated. Please know I’m not just lazily asking for help. I’ve been working two jobs and ensuring I can go to college in august with the scholarships I’ve earned. Please consider helping. I only ask now because I’m running out of options. My income just isn’t enough to support my basic needs. Please, I’m really just trying to survive
