Hi, my name is Amy. I’m 57 years old, disabled and am fundraising to be able to buy a lift chair. I am no longer able to get out of chairs and sofas without help. The biggest problem is I live alone there is no one to help me. Having a lift chair would bring me better mobility and independence.

I am on benefits and do not have the funds to purchase one of these chairs. I’m also a big lady so I need a chair that can handle my weight which means the chair is more expensive than normal lift chairs.

I have asked for help from the local council and looked for any charity which might offer a grant but they all tell me NO.

I sincerely hope you can help me by donating to my chair fund. I will be forever grateful
