On Sunday, September 28th we rushed our beloved Beau to an emergency vet and then to the Ontario Veterinary College to have surgery for GDV. He was seen just after midnight, when they flipped his stomach back and removed his spleen. After the longest day and a half of our lives, we were able to take him back home safe and sound. We are so so happy that he is still with us. This sweet, loving, brilliant, and amazingly handsome boy is the light of our lives and we would have been absolutely devastated to let him go.
