It is with great sorrow that this GoFundMe account needs to be created. On April 4, 2021 our brother, Jerome Smith a.k.a. DJ OC NDMIXX, passed away suddenly in the neighborhood he loved the most, The Mission.  

Our family is devastated by this loss. OC was a husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, grandson, cousin and friend to many.  

His untimely passing has shocked our family and the community. His wishes are to be buried alongside his parents and family in Oklahoma, where the Smith family originates from. OC was proud of his Mexican and  Native American heritage and a member of the Mvskoke Creek Nation. 

We kindly ask for donations that will help in sending OC to his final resting place in Oklahoma, which will cover funeral expenses and support his family during these trying times.
