Hi, my name is Samantha & DJ is my 15 year old nephew. He is an avid sports player, and even still wanting to try out for track this week.

Unfortunately, DJ has recently been diagnosed with stage 2a Hodgkins Lymphoma. DJ’s medical insurance has not paid anything towards his bills since the deductible has still not been met & over $5000 has already been paid out of pocket in the past two weeks and the deductible is still a far reach away.

DJ starts Chemo 2/13/23. We expect this to be a long drawn out process and extremely hard for the whole family and of course mostly DJ & his parents, Annie & Damon.

Luckily, DJ has the most uplifting and positive attitude that is truly inspiring. Through everything thus far, He is still so amazingly positive and keeps everyone smiling & of course trying to keep everyone unworried with his infectious smile.

Any money raised will be put directly towards hospital & medical bills as they have

been quickly rising.

Above all, we are asking for prayers. This is about to turn DJ’s whole life around and put a pause on everything he loves and lives for.
