Surgery to remove Tumor from Dixie

Dixie our Pug has had a growth from her mammary gland growing larger.
It may be cancerous or just benign but we are unsure.
We would like to get her checked out and the growth removed and probably go ahead and get her spayed.
She is getting older and she is over ten years and she has some medical problems, including an impulse to scratch her fur and nibble on her sides. We have to keep a cone on her to curve this.
Why I need the funds is its a lot to have at one time.
Last time we had a CSection a few years ago it cost over 2000 and my vet took payments and we always paid and did it this way.
Now our Vet does not take payments or agreements from anyone not even us, and I have no where else I can think of to take her. So I need the help.
Please help if you can with what you can its a large growth and I'm afraid it will get larger. Please help.
