Divorcing, single mother of 2 needs help

I’m Nichole (Amber), mama to 2 of the sweetest children you have ever met. I filed for divorce 1.5 years ago after my husband of 8 years got engaged…you read that right, and now I’m just trying to take care of these beautiful children and provide them with quality of life. I had been a stay at home mama throughout my entire marriage but I gained full time employment and had been covering expenses the best I could and we were getting by. Fast forward to 6 weeks ago, my full time job changed my pay to salary from an hourly position, putting a stop to the overtime I had been getting, which was allowing me to keep my little family afloat, I wasn’t prepared to make $100 less per paycheck. I wasn’t able to make my September mortgage on time due to this which caused late fees and put me behind in saving for October’s mortgage. The attorney I hired to represent me in my divorce accepts monthly payments but this month (October) is the month they are collecting their first payment which couldn’t be worse timing. I’m more than humiliated asking for this help but I am desperate. When a mortgage is 2 month’s behind the mortgage company begins foreclosure and I’m scared to death. Christmas is right around the corner and with the mortgage issues being what they are right now I can’t even think about shopping for gifts, I just want to secure my children’s place to live. Unexpected things happen and this time they happened to me. Please help if you are able. Divorce is already so hard on everyone I’m just trying to protect us from worse.
