My dad is 100% disabled and lives on just $1,300 a month to survive.

After years of giving everything he had as a first responder, physically, emotionally, and financially his wife has filed for divorce.

Now, she’s trying to leave him with nothing but the clothes on his back and his truck.

She wants the house he helped maintain. The same house he poured his time, effort, and care into. She is cutting off insurance and we are running out of time.

Legal Aid said they don’t have the capacity to help. He has no lawyer, no savings, and nowhere to go. He has DAYS to respond to the divorce or he could lose everything by default.

We’ve found an attorney who is ready to help, but the $3,500 retainer is out of reach for us right now. That’s why I’m asking for your help. My dad isn’t perfect, but he’s worked hard his whole life until his body gave out due to helping others.

He doesn’t want pity…just a fair shot to defend himself. He deserves that much.
