Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit DiveRVA, to help provide diving for everyone.
Over 20 years ago I became the first black female to win a NCAA championship and a few years later the first Division I diving coach with no others following me as yet. A change is long overdue. There is limited access to the sport of diving and DiveRVA is going to change that.
DiveRVA is focused on building the first dryland training center and the first diving facility in the city of Richmond to provide access for everyone to dive. In a city where Olympic size pools are continually being built, though none include diving, the closest full aquatic center for diving is over two hours away.
