Diversity in Action Initiative

Join the Urban Action Showcase and Expo Diversity in Action Initiative and be a part of the Action!

On November 10, 2018 the 6th annual Urban Action Showcase and Expo (UASE) will take place in New York City.

One of the primary initiatives of this event is to expose young content creators to our “Diversity in Action Initiative,” celebrating multicultural images and interests in media, especially in the genre of heroes. Through this event, we are seeking to inspire our youth, speaking to the hero within, allowing them opportunities to see heroic images of themselves and meet the heroes that inspire their imagination. We strongly believe every child should have the opportunity to see heroic images that reflect their image and interest in mainstream media.

This year the UASE is seeking to invite over 200 youth-aged content creators (ages 13-18) located throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Your donation to this campaign will support VIP admission coverage for each aspiring content creator.
