Diva Baby's Transition Fund

Hi, my name is Addie Montgomery, but many of you know me as Diva Baby. I am a Philadelphia-based drag queen, event producer, non-profit worker, and trans woman. I am currently raising funds for my upcoming Facial Feminization Surgery.

In today's political climate, existing in the world as a trans person is scary and dangerous. Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) is an umbrella term for several different procedures all with the end goal of making the face appear like that of a cisgender woman. This is necessary, life-changing medicine for many trans women. This procedure would allow me to walk through the world with less fear, make it easier for me to find and keep employment, and make me more comfortable in my body. Despite the life-affirming nature of this procedure, getting it covered by insurance is next to impossible.
