District nurses and palliative care nurses

Me and Megan (my sister) are wanting to do a walk and raise as much money as well can for district nurses and palliative care nurses as for people that didn’t know we sadly lots my grandad recently to cancer and without the nurses been so helpful and been there for my grandad and all our family, they all was very passionate and caring towards my grandad and treating him with dignity and respect on his final days, we will be walking round rother valley everyday, any donations will be very much appreciated as we can’t thank them enough for all the care and support .
