Hi, I'm Evelyn and my house flooded. I'm making this for me and my 2 other housemates who have been displaced by the flooding event (two of them! Twice in less than a week). We are all full time university students and our house flooded with the recent rain events. Our LGA (Newcastle) is not available for any government support besides one we are not eligible for. We have lost all of our mattresses and bedding, there's been damage to a vehicle as well resulting in it needing $1500 in repairs. We have also lost a considerable amount of our clothing to mold as well. We are all currently couch surfing until we can move back into our home. The funds will be used to replace all damaged items and to get our primary mode of transport back on the road.
