As the conflict continues in southern Lebanon, thousands of families from my village and surrounding areas have been forced to flee under heavy bombing. They had no time to prepare or pack, leaving behind their homes, belongings, and, for many, their livelihoods. Now, as the weather turns colder, these families face a harsh winter without adequate clothing, shelter, or basic supplies.

The Critical Needs:

Food, water, and warm clothing for children, the elderly, and vulnerable families

Sanitary pads, diapers, milk, and medication for women, children, and the elderly

Children’s toys to bring a sense of normalcy and comfort to displaced kids

Support for families hosting other displaced families, many of whom are already struggling to make ends meet

Many families cannot afford rent, and those seeking refuge in schools as makeshift shelters lack access to essential supplies. Over 1 million people have been displaced, and we cannot support them all—but we can help ease the burden for some.

Who We Are: This campaign is being organized by cousins Ahmad Dhayni and Ahmad Dheini, both originally from southern Lebanon. Ahmad Dhayni has been working in the humanitarian sector for the past 12 years in fields such as HR, Operations, and Management, while Ahmad Dheini is a medical doctor. Our passion for supporting others in need led us to start this campaign to help displaced families who have lost so much.

How Your Donations Will Help: Your donations will go directly toward:

Rent support for families who cannot afford to stay in their current housing

Basic necessities like food, water, sanitary items, clothing, and children’s toys

Support for host families, who are doing their best to shelter others but struggle to meet their own needs
