Parker's Displaced by Hurricane Helene – Help Power Our Home

Hello, my name is Cedric, and I’m from Augusta in Georgia. My family and I have been displaced due to the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have minimal damage to our home, and we’re all in good health. However, we’ve been without power since the morning of September 25, and we are not expecting it to be restored until October 10.

This has created a significant financial strain as we’ve had to eat out for every meal, and we are struggling to preserve our food without a working refrigerator or freezer. We are reaching out for help to offset the cost of purchasing a generator, which will allow us to power essential appliances like our fridge and freezer and keep our food safe. The funds raised will be used specifically for purchasing the generator and covering any associated costs, such as fuel.
