As most of you are aware of the heartbreaking news Abbie and Jolly received last month about their beautiful daughter Hattie. Hattie has been diagnosed with Rett Sydrome and has a different mutation of it she is 1 of 6 in the world with this. Sadly there is no treatment and words cannot explain how Abbie and Jolly are feeling. They also have beautiful 5 year old Phoebe who is the best big sister to Hattie even though she cannot play with Hattie like siblings play she is very caring. The reason for this fundraising page is everyone wants to do something for this amazing family and a Trip to Disneyland would be a once in a lifetime opportunity for them! To make memories to cherish forever and the whole family can enjoy! This family deserve it and more!
