Disneyland bucket list for terminally ill Joshua

Hi Everyone,
I’m Joshuas mum,this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write,Our beautiful Joshua is now terminal. There’s nothing more that can be done to save him,he’s just too poorly and his heart condition is extremely rare and no one across the world can fix him. We tried
Joshua has Williams syndrome,he’s the most kindest,caring and amazing young man.
He always has a smile on his face regardless of what is going on. He’s everything to us and we really need your help to make his bucket list dreams of going to Disneyland become real.
He wants to ride the haunted mansion ride once more,to meet Stitch and Jack skellington.
He’d also love to travel and have staycations with his family,family and friends are everything to Joshua and speak to his favourite band slipknot.
He Absolutely loves WWE he has done all his life,he comes alive at the shows.
Joshua is 22,he doesn’t know how poorly he is and Id never want him to know so we’ve asked him about all the things he’d love to do in life and travel and see new places and faces,well they make him smile and Id do anything to keep him smiling as long as I can.
Joshua has a complex medical history
-Williams syndrome
-Diffuse hyperplasia of the descending aorta
-Heart Failure
-Lung Failure
He needs a new heart,2 new lungs which is doable but he also needs a new Aorta..this is the main artery in his body,
There has never been a successful aorta transplant in the world
Please help to make Joshuas dreams come true,we don’t know how much longer Joshua has left as no one can tell us,but he’s extremely poorly now,if anyone needs any more info please feel free to get in touch x
