Hi everyone, my name is Natalyna I am a transgender woman from Upstate New York who is saving up to move to Boston in the fall to start a new chapter of my life, recently at the start of pride month I came out to my boss at my work place & showed him my tiktok ( @ nataiyna ) & suggest that I make some content of the restaurant which he agreed was a great idea but after a day or two my co worker tells me that she’s working full time now and that I wouldn’t have to work there anymore so I was basically cut off the following schedules, I confronted my boss about this & he ultimately ghosted me. A few days go by & I see my name on the Google review by my co worker bad mouthing me, I then confronted her via text which she then admits to making bad reviews about me to get me fired as an excuse for my boss, she also texted my friend her old co worker at another place asking if she needed a job at the restaurant I got wrongfully cut off from, I was depending on this job to save up an extra $3000 to be able to afford down payment & rent for when I move to Boston in 3 months, I am currently looking for work but I’m scared that I won’t meet my goal of $3000 in time due to the fact that I am unsure of when I will secure a new job. This was very unfortunate and unexpected, when I got hired my boss initially told me that he was only hiring Asians so I knew he was bigoted from the very beginning & was scared for him to find out I’m trans.
