Through social media, I have shared my challenges and successes of my lifestyle that focuses on physical, mental, and dietary health. I am a huge fan of cold-pressed juicing and consuming healthy plant-based meals for better health and wellness.

I want to create a comprehensive platform and product line under the brand "Eclektik Vegan Eats" that nudges and inspires individuals to achieve better health and wellness by adding more plant-based foods to their weekly regimens. This includes offerings like:

Educational and Inspirational Content: First, leveraging my journey of 80 lb. weight loss, and natural reversal of two decades of high blood pressure medication dependency through a High-Raw Vegan diet, as inspiration. This will be primarily executed through my website and existing social media channels, which have already proven effective in engaging an audience with my challenges and successes.
Enhanced High-Raw Vegan Recipes and "Stoveless" Kitchen Appliances: I will be developing and refining tantalizing yet healthy high-raw vegan food recipes specifically designed to appeal to the everyday Standard American Dieter. This will be complemented by an expansion of my "Stoveless" kitchen appliances, preparing these healthy meals more accessible and convenient for a wider audience.
Interactive Challenges and Personalized Support: I plan to continue and grow my quarterly "Eat Vegan For A Week" Challenges, providing structured opportunities for individuals to test drive a healthy, plant-based diet, firsthand. Alongside this, I will offer personalized support to select clients, including weekly meal prep options, cold-pressed juices, and plant-based milks, to help them integrate healthier meals into their weekly routines effectively.

Packaged Plant-Based Products: My ambition is to package some of my most popular and "winning combination" recipes, cold-pressed juices, and plant-based milks. These will be ready-to-purchase products designed for convenience and wider accessibility.
The creation of "Eclektik Vegan Eats" will involve a multi-faceted approach, building upon my existing foundation and expanding into new areas:

Leveraging Existing Social Media Presence: My website and current social media channels will serve as the primary hub for sharing my personal journey, recipes, tips and tricks of the trade, and promotional content for "Eclektik Vegan Eats." This organic audience engagement will be crucial for brand building and outreach.
Recipe Development and Testing: Drawing upon my training under Dr. Aris Latham at the Sunfired Foods Academy, I will dedicate significant time to developing and refining new high-raw vegan recipes. This will involve extensive testing to ensure they are not only healthy but also delicious and appealing to a broad palate, particularly those accustomed to a Standard American Diet.

"Stoveless" Kitchen Appliance Integration: I will integrate "Stoveless" kitchen appliances, which include juicers, dehydrators, blenders, food processors, and certain utensils, to build upon my recipe development process. This ensures that the methods I promote are practical and accessible for individuals who may not have extensive cooking experience or time.

Structuring "Eat Vegan For A Week" Challenges: I will continue to meticulously plan and execute the quarterly "Eat Vegan For A Week" Challenges. This includes developing meal plans, creating supportive content, and facilitating online communities to encourage participation and success.

Developing Personalized Client Services: For select clients, I will be setting up systems for personalized consultations, meal planning, and the preparation and delivery of healthy meal prep options, cold-pressed juices, and plant-based milks. This will require efficient planning and quality control.

Product Sourcing and Packaging Development: For future packaged products, I will research and source high-quality ingredients, develop professional and appealing packaging designs, and ensure all products meet necessary health and safety regulations. This will involve working with suppliers and potentially food packaging specialists.

Building a Strong Brand Identity: Throughout all these creative endeavors, I will focus on solidifying the "Eclektik Vegan Eats" brand identity, emphasizing the themes of diverse, healthy, and accessible plant-based eating.

My distribution strategy for "Eclektik Vegan Eats" will be layered, aiming for both direct-to-consumer engagement and wider retail accessibility:

Direct-to-Consumer via Social Media and Online Platforms: My existing website and social media presence will be paramount for direct distribution of content, information, and promoting participation in the "Eat Vegan For A Week" Challenges. I will also enhance the development of my online platform for "Eclektik Vegan Eats" to centralize recipes, information about my services, and potentially an e-commerce for digital products (e.g., e-cookbooks) and sign-ups for challenges and personalized services.
