Maddy is a 7 year old, who's mother noticed something off one day. Her mother knew something was wasn't right, and took her to doctor after doctor, until they finally found what was wrong, and gave her a diagnosis. That diagnosis was Discoid Meniscus in both legs. Maddy's mother then fought for the approval of the surgery she needs. Maddy will need surgery in both legs, but right now they are starting with one. Samantha, Maddy's mother, is a single mom who will need to take two weeks off of work to help Maddy heal from her surgery.
