Our friends, Pamela and Robert Banks, suffered a flood of their home during the recent rain storms in Northern California. It's going to be a long and expensive road back, but with a little help, they could get their home emptied, dried out, and livable, then do the repairs bit by bit as they can afford them. They've checked with FEMA, Calaveras Emergency Services, and Habitat for Humanity, but so far, there's been no help available.
