Hello, my name is Brittany. I’ve never done this before, but I’ve also never had my house burn to the ground either.

We are in desperate need for any kind of help. My partner René and I just lost everything we owned on Saturday morning (October 11, 2025) due to a fire that started outside and quickly spread to our house, also causing the death of one of our dogs. We managed to save our other dogs, but we lost everything else. We’ve been sleeping in the car with our remaining 3 big dogs since the fire a few nights ago. The aftermath of the fire is devastating, to say the least.

We are now homeless and We are trying to raise money so that we can get food, other necessities we need and we also need clear our land of the debris from the fire and completely start over. If anyone has any items they are willing to donate, we will gladly accept that too. Also, if we raise enough money, then we can get our own electricity pole and not have to use a generator anymore (which was the cause of the fire). Every contribution, big or small, makes a real impact. Even just a few dollars can help us get closer to our goal.
