I am writing this post on behalf of myself and my children, Ziggy and Juicy to urgently request financial assistance following a disaster that has severely affected us unfortunately during the holiday season. On Sunday morning, a tree fell through my house which caused significant damage to my home and some belongings. We didn’t get hurt thank the Lord. We have lost essential items such as gas, food, some clothing, and access to clean water and we can’t stay in the house. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, the renters insurance I pay monthly through the rental company does not cover my family and I with situations as such; it only covers the actual house. At present time we are facing serious difficulties meeting basic needs and ensuring safety. We kindly request any form of support you can provide, including emergency funding for shelter, food, and essentials for us. Everyone knows I try to provide a loving and supportive environment for my kids and your help would greatly contribute to their recovery especially trying to make sure they aren’t missing too much of a beat and to continue to have a good Christmas and our well-being during this difficult & challenging time.
