Time is running out soon to be homeless

I am desperately in need of help. I am being evicted so my new landlord can double the rent yet I have never been late on the rent in the past 6 years. When I received this letter I was getting ready for heart surgery. On March 1 I received a notice to vacate. On that day and several other times since then I have not only asked but begged for the reasonable accommodation of extra time to move. On March 1 I was told no. Ever since my requests have been ignored. On April 6 that request and a letter from my heart surgeon stating that I was scheduled for heart surgery on May 3 2023 were forwarded to the attorney handling the eviction for the landlord. On April 25 said attorney moved to have the hearing rescheduled for May 4 (leaving a probable impossible choice have my surgery as scheduled or face a default judgment) Luckily the judge did give me time the bare necessity for my heart surgery with 2 weeks of recovery plus 6 days the next possible hearing as eviction court is only held on Tuesdays here and scheduled the next hearing for May 23. On May 23 after the lawyer was allowed to present his case in full, I tried to bring up the fair housing act and the judge cut me off within 2 sentences and ruled in favor of the landlord. (After sitting in that courtroom I have learned that for the most part, it is a rubber stamp for whatever the landlord wants.) A Writ of Possession (that means the sheriff can show up at any time to toss the tenant and all possessions out on the street at any time with no warning they are heading there) has been issued and I am hoping I will get some warning before they show up here so I can at least get the dogs secured. Earlier this month I filed a discrimination complaint in the United States District Court Eastern District of Tennessee Knoxville 3:23CV219 Despite moving the case to federal court it is my understanding that the Writ of Possession is still considered valid and will be executed eventually (I just don't know when) I have gone on tv despite my hatred of cameras to try to bring awareness to this issue https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIqMOmkSQwaqE2eHFkbTqp2LzlSt1NJAo I am doing everything I can to help myself but I need help. If there are any disability advocates or attorneys out there who can help contact me Any ideas I am open to I am happy to talk to the press again if that is what it takes. When the Writ is executed I will lose everything I have worked for over the past 45 yrs. I may potentially lose all three dogs and will be homeless. I have no family in Tennessee and no place to go I can‘t even put the dogs in my van and drive because it likely will not start and I doubt that I will be allowed to get it jumped off and move crates to the van (as if I am physically able to) so I can put the dogs in the van and drive.
