My name is Keith, and I am a disabled USAF veteran facing an incredibly difficult chapter in my life. During this time, my spouse created a fraudulent trust and coerced me to sign it while I was under heavy medication. When I began to understand what was happening and questioned her, she immediately filed for divorce. Now, she is trying to prevent me from receiving my share of our community property and has refused to return belongings I owned before our marriage.

Because of my disability, I was unable to defend myself during temporary court orders and was forced to leave my home in San Antonio, Texas. I relocated to South Bend, Indiana to be near my sister, who provides the support I need. I have opened an FBI investigation into the fraudulent activity, but I cannot fight this legal battle without resources. I make above the poverty line, so I do not qualify for free legal counsel, and there are no resources available for veterans in my situation.

I am a Christian and have always tried to trust and see the best in people, but this experience has left me feeling vulnerable and alone.
