Disabled Veteran needs help to get a car

I am looking for help with purchasing a car. I am disabled due to a neurological condition, atypical trigeminal neuralgia, that affects my abilities to function cognitively.  I was working until I became disabled since 2012 and have applied for VA disability but since I don't have a vehicle, I must ask for rides there or forego my appointments until I can get there.  I had a car previously but it was hit head on by a driver who was texting and driving.  I became disabled shortly after that and I have had much difficulty in getting another vehicle.

My goal is to purchase a vehicle which allow me to get to appointments for my medical condition and also for any VA disability appointments so I don't have to skip or reschedule them.  I would also like to go back to work once I can get my condition stabilized.   I have two young children that I take care of and depend on me.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
