Hello,

My name is Tanya Krueger and I am creating this Go Fund Me to help with the cost of purchasing a new van with adaptations so I can continue being independent and live my best life.

I was born forty four years ago with Spina Bifida and Scoliosis. My Scoliosis led to lung problems and short stature. I am only 4 feet tall and my lung issues require me to use a scooter when walking longer distances. I have had a lifetime of lung and other health problems but am able to live a full life. I own my own home, have had my drivers license for 15 years, and have a few adopted fur kids. I have a part time job at a daycare and enjoy volunteering with children in a program that focuses on grief support after losing a loved one. I have a college degree and want to pursue a full time job in my field, but Social Security rules and regulations prevent me from having the financial security to purchase a new adapted van to be independent. My current van is 14 years old and repairs are getting costly (to the point of unaffordable). If I don't have a drivable vehicle I can't work, grocery shop, volunteer, or see friends and family.

Please help me secure the funds needed to continue living a fully independent life.

This money will go into a Special Needs Trust and be used as needed.
