Hi, my name is Renece. I am a disabled mother who has just lost nearly everything due to a house fire. I know this has been a difficult season for many, my family has been no exception. During the pandemic we lost my father & my two sisters back-to-back. I became permanently disabled after battling severe covid. I've since been diagnosed with a life threatening lung disease, require 24 hour oxygen, and recently lost my job & health insurance coverage.

On March 9th, my home & everything in it was destroyed in a fire. I suffered a 2nd degree burn on my abdomen, but gratefully, my daughter wasn't home at the time & none of my neighbors were injured or displaced.
