Disabled couple yard clean up

Hello! Lea Lavish and Terry Dawson here with several home disasters that hit us all at once. I have been disabled for 5 years now due to 2 brain surgeries and a stroke. I had to retire and am on a fixed income. Terry is having some serious health issues too. A few months ago, my neighbors tree fell on my fence and my poor service dog has had no yard for all that time. My backyard is a disaster and neither Terry or I are physically able to tackle this fence replacement. In fact neither one of us can even walk in the yard. After all the other immediate home repairs we have nothing left. We live in my family's home and it has great sentimental value to us. We are trying to be good stewards in memory of my parents.
