Disabled Chef in Need of Help to Return to his Craft

Hello, my name is Calvin I am 31 years old and an aspiring chef in Hawaii. Over the last four years I have worked my way up from being a cook to being a chef/manager at Auntie Pastos. I have recently been diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma, this has taken away my ability to work and do to an enlarged spleen my every day life is very difficult. I have discussed treatment and made a plan with my doctor to move forward. Since this has begun my medical and monthly bills have started to stack up due to me not being able to work. Going forward my insurance will help with some of the procedures but not all and I am looking for help to cover those and monthly bills such as rent and utilities. My hope is that soon I will be able to return to work before my six month treatment is finished and live my life as normal. I appreciate anything anyone can do to help my situation. I love to teach people how to cook in a professional kitchen and maybe I could return some favors with my ability to cook and serve. Thank you to all.
