DIsabled and scammed twice buying a Trike so I can get out

Hi my name is Matthew previously an avid motorcycle rider. I was diagnosed with a host of conditions in the last 6 years including Multiple Sclerosis, type 1 diabetes, heart failure, necrobiosis lipoidica (a condition that eats away at your limbs over time). Due to these and some other less serious conditions I was put on a limited driving licence. Due to this I could no longer ride motorcycles and was forced if I wanted to continue to buy a Trike. Purchasing my first one on facebook it turns out it was not fit for purpose and was dangerously defective. Seller refused any contact and I was stuck with a non working trike with a repair estimation of over £1400. As this was more than I paid for the Trike I realised it was a write off and drew out what was left of my life savings to buy a second. This was shown to me and this time I took someone with me who knew more and it was deemed a bit tatty but roadworthy. Guess what , it really wasn't. It stranded me miles from home on one of the hottest days this year, I waited for 5 hours in the sun with no shade for roadside assistance (who got held up due to motorway being closed nearby) On arrival it turned out the wiring was simply twisted together, the engine was leaking oil and the computer onboard had fried (due to wiring I would assume) Cost to repair £2000 approximately. I have no funds and live on disability benefits which can barely cover the basic food and electric these days. Im reaching out to the Bikes, trike and general community if they can help get me back on the road.
I am primary Progressive MS as I already mentioned and have already nearly lost use of my legs, with numbness constant pain and weakness. This and maybe if I am lucky next year will most likely be my last chances to ride. I'm begging with an open heart if anyone can help me raise the money to repair one of these trikes or if unable maybe buy a second hand replacement (from a dealer this time). For the record the trike I was using was a Piaggio MP3 as they were the closest I could get to a motorbike that was still allowed on my licence.
