Disability help needed

Hi, my name is Colleen. In July, 2023 I had to go to long term disability with a very chronic medical condition. It’s a very challenging day to day medically, financially, and mentally challenging condition.

I’ve worked 2 and 3 jobs my entire life and I’m desperately trying to maintain my home that I humbly worked for, pay for medical treatments, keep up with utilities and car payment, and all the day to day medical costs along with just trying to fund a pair of glasses and bed and every day life without insurance.

Any help would be used to cover medical costs, daily and monthly bills and weekly treatments to try to get back to a functioning life. I sincerely appreciate your help.
