Thank you to everyone who kindly sponsored my last 100km (virtual running machine run due to covid) in aid of a local food bank.
Yesterday, I enjoyed a walk up Clay Hill with a friend and learnt about the national tremor foundation ('NTF'). I would be grateful of your continued generosity to use my 110 mile run in October as an opportunity to help raise money for the NTF.
Prior to yesterday, I had never heard about people living with an essential tremor and was very surprised to learn that "essential tremor is considered one of the most common neurological movement disorders and is estimated to be eight to 10 times more prevalent than Parkinson's disease."
