Dearest friends and family members,

With a heavy heart, I am announcing the death of my beautiful daughter Dionne Nicole Ortiz, A mother, daughter, sister, Aunt, friend and cousin. She will be incredibly missed by those who deeply loved her. She leaves behind her two children, Adrian Mia, her boyfriend Andy, her brothers CJ and Jason, sister-in-law Sarah and Brianna, Chuchi and nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind endless friends and family who will truly miss her.

The impact of losing her has been felt tremendously, as we did not expect her sudden death. Nothing has prepared us for this immense feeling of loss and sorrow; Know that your support means everything to the family and me as we navigate this heartbreaking moment. We appreciate the kindness you have extended to us as a family.

All donation funds will go towards funeral services and honoring Dionne's celebration of life.
