In Loving Memory of Dione Anastasia Hicks

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Dione Anastasia Hicks — a beautiful spirit and gentle soul who touched the lives of everyone she met. Dione was born on September 27, 1985, and transitioned peacefully on October 12, 2025.

Dione was a proud graduate of Westside High School and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accounting from Texas Southern University. She had a sharp mind, a kind heart, and a deep love for her family — especially her nieces and nephews, who adored her beyond words.

Despite her long battle with diabetes, Dione remained strong, loving, and full of grace. She faced every challenge with quiet courage and unwavering faith. Now, she rests in eternal peace alongside our mother and grandmother, surrounded by love everlasting.

We are creating this GoFundMe to help cover funeral and memorial service expenses as we honor Dione’s life and legacy. Any contribution — big or small — will be deeply appreciated as we come together to celebrate the light she brought into this world.
