Dion "Chappy" Chapman has been a police officer in the 103 pct for over 30 years.  Those of us who have had the privilege of knowing Chappy as both a co-worker and friend will describe him as a solid, easygoing and funny guy who would do anything for a fellow police officer and friend. Tragically, Chappy had an off duty,  non line of duty accident back in November of 2018, which nearly cost him his life, required multiple surgeries, and left him confined to a wheelchair. 

As a result, Chappy has been overwhelmed with mounting medical costs, which are not covered by insurance.  He also needs to replace the lift at his residence which enables him to get in/out of his house.  He's not the type of guy who would ask for help, but he's a brother who could use our help.  Any assistance that we can provide would go a long way to helping a good man in need.
