This is the story of Jeremy Charles' (chef/co-owner Raymond's Restaurant and The Merchant Tavern) family and how the "Dinner for Levi" came to be.
"Dinner for Levi" is a fundraising effort in support of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Janeway Children’s Hospital.
