The friends and families of the Hebrew Israelite Community,

Firstly, On Behalf of each and every member of your Hebrew Israelite family here at Dimona we thank Yah Yahwah for his eternal Blessings and for all of the Prayers and solidarity outreach from our friends and family. It has truly comforted us greatly during this great season of challenge.

The families of the Hebrew Israelites (Village of Peace) in Dimona need your help.

The recent missile strike in the city of Dimona was literally a block from the Village itself, leaving that portion of the city devastated. We are thankful and grateful unto Yah that the Saints are all safe and accounted for.

The Village itself was no doubt spared from the brunt of the blast by a row of houses separating ground zero and the K’far. This doubtless absorbed what would have caused greater, even catastrophic damage. We are blessed!

Nevertheless, the impact affected virtually every structure, ranging from shifted foundations to damaged walls, broken roof panels, collapsed ceilings and scores of broken windows and doorframes.

But the the war itself has raised serious concerns and issues to address and we need your help!

Repairs to the homes and service areas of the community are priority. Much of this will have to be handled by our own Building and Maintenance staff as government support prioritizes the displaced. So we are taking steps to handle as much as possible ourselves.

Schools have closed or moved online, forcing many parents to miss work (IF their jobs are still operating) to monitor small children at home. This has had a direct impact on household incomes. Prices for everything are escalating – in some cases exponentially – as supply lines are strained due to the war. Travel and general movements are limited due to security concerns across the country.

In response we have identified some immediate initiatives which include:

Begin building repairs to our communal service areas and the hardest hit residences urgently.
Develop and maintain a 45 to 60-day national contingency supply of essential nutritional items like grains, whole food supplements, and dried fruits. This will revitalize/supplement our “Nation Store” which also suffered damage and provide critical food security for the families.
Make urgent repairs to our storage containers to secure these supplies.
Initial estimates to address these and other matters range from $300,000 to $400,000.

Now more than ever we need your monetary support as well as your continued thoughts and prayers. Please click the link below to donate whatever you can to help us push through this phase.

We are eternally thankful!
