Most of you have heard about my dear friend Dillon Perez and his recent motocross accident where he had fallen from an 80foot jump and was then airlifted to the nearest trauma hospital unconscious. He has now gained consciousness but is left without any medical insurance to pay off these hospital bills. He was in surgery today and currently has 2 collapsed lungs, 5 broken ribs, shattered collarbone and broken pelvis. We understand everyone has different financial obligations so don’t feel obligated but ANYTHING helps and is very much appreciated. Thank you
