On Wednesday July 15th, Dillon Hanson (23) was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in Hermantown, Minnesota on HWY 53.
Dillon was on his way on his way home on his motorcycle after a day at work when a car suddenly turned out in front of him, giving him no time to switch lanes. Having no other option but to crash into the vehicle, Dillon was thrown from his bike, receiving multiple serious, some life-threatening, injuries from the impact with the car and the road. Cops stated that if he hadn’t been wearing a helmet, he would’ve died.
Dillon works as an RV technician and has been working on vehicles of all kinds his whole life. He is a loving father who would give the world for his daughter, a supportive brother, a true friend and an all around genuine person who would give his life in a heartbeat for anyone. Dillon grew up riding, and had recently purchased his motorcycle to ride around town with his guys.
Dillon is a light in everyone’s lives, and has a personality so bright you can’t help but smile and laugh in his presence. He is currently in the hospital and has undergone multiple tests, scans and had his first surgery’s last night and tried to put plates in his wrist and rods in his leg; please hope and pray for a full recovery.
