Hi, I am Patrick Lehrmann and I am fundraising for Diki Zulfikar who is currently battling cancer in Indonesia.

Diki is a very kind person who has always been involved in coaching and guiding surfing in West Java Indonesia. He volunteers to teach surfing, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, and rafting to children from Cimaja and neighboring villages.

I first met Diki 20+ years ago on a surf trip to West Java. He has been my friend and guide for many years and a good coach and mentor to my two sons.

Due to the overloaded Indonesian public medical system, he has not yet had the chance to have his tumor removed or start chemotherapy. He has lost 50 pounds and is in pain constantly.

His wife and two kids depend on him as the breadwinner of the family and are very worried about his condition. His friends and family hope and pray for your support to get him the care he needs to give him a fighting chance.

Please join my family in helping his family to get through this difficult time. I have set the amount at $20K, but battling cancer is very expensive wherever you are in the world. Likely costs for him and his family will be much more.
