Hello! We are Ardley Rescue Kennels. We rescue and rehabilitate dogs and we have had a special little boy come through to us that needs urgent surgeries, treatment and a lot of TLC. His name is Dijon! He is a terrier and he is 3 years old.

He was brought in to us not long ago with multiple fractures, lung worm, pseudomonas infection in his ears, multiple lesions and hole in his that goes all the way through to his gum leaving him with fractured teeth that have been removed.

He has two broken ankles and an elbow fracture, meaning that he has a hard time walking, sitting , laying down and just all round being comfortable.

Lung worm is a serious lung infection that can be fatal in dogs if not treated properly. It effects Dijon significantly as it make breathing a lot harder for him and it means that he is more likely to suffer from blood loss as lung worm can cause bleeding issues and nose bleeds.

He has already had CT scans and ultra sounds and to rule out other diseases but he needs surgery on his multiple fractures and treatment for his lung worm and to get him back to full health and give him the better quality of life that he deserves.

As he has already spent a lot of time at the vets, the bills are already pilling up as you can imagine so currently we cannot afford to continue further. Despite all Dijon has been through, he still remains so happy and joyful and we would to give him a better life.

Everyone here at Ardley Kennels has fallen in love with him and we are doing everything we can to help him but surgery and treatment are the only options. Please help us save this little boy and give a better life. Every little bit helps us get one step closer to giving him the care he needs.
