Dignicap fund

After almost a year of a dull ache on my left side, my daughter convinced me to go to the doctor. After a mammogram and ultrasound then breast biopsy, I was diagnosed with breast cancer on May 22, 2020. I am triple positive. Yea me!  Er+ Pr+ HER2+

I had a double mastectomy with phase one of reconstruction on June 24, 2020.  I was originally told I would have phase two around mid August. I have been told I need chemo first then can finish the reconstruction.  I am very sad and don't feel whole. I learned about the dignicap at the Benson Cancer Center and I want to use this in order to not lose all my hair.  Mentally and emotionally I will feel somewhat "in control" and physically not look in the mirror and see "a sick person". I think this will go a long way towards having a good attitude and help in healing.
