On the evening of August 4th, Tiwan Wilson, "Buck" was shot and killed in West Baltimore. Buck and his family have been part of the United Workers Family since he was 4 or 5... his sister Tamira aka Princess, remembers protesting in front of a Burger King in Chicago when little Buck began complaining about how hungry he was and they had to sneak him around to the takeout window to buy him a happy meal.
As you may imagine, the family is devastated by his loss. We are raising money for his funeral expenses as well as all the expenses that come with carrying on after someone so well loved has left us.
My son was a caring person and loved by so many people. Today is my birthday and on this day he got killed. He was fun to be around, he was my pain in the butt. I love him so much --Tanya Diggins
